How To Record Your Auto Attendant Greeting

Record (or re-record) greeting for Auto Attendant:

From any Ext dial *301 then press "Dial"

After the beep, start your recording.

When done press the "#" key

The system will prompt you to:

Press 1 to accept this recording (pressing this option will save your newly recorded greeting to our system for upload)

Press 2 to listen to the recording (pressing this option will play back your newly recorded greeting for review)

When you are satisfied with your recording, always be sure to ACCEPT your recording

Finally, send an email to support@voicenext.com to so an agent can apply your greeting to the desired Auto attendant
