How to Record Your Unavailable Greeting and Your Name

1. From your desk phone, press the “Messages” button
2. Press the “Connect” soft key
3. Enter your voicemail password
4. Press “0” for mailbox options
5. Press “1” to Record your Unavailable Message
a. Press the “#” key when finished
6. Press “1” to accept the new message
a. You will hear a prompt confirming your message has been saved
7. Press “3” to record your name
8. Record your name after the tone
a. Press the #” key when finished
9. Press “1” to accept the new message
10. End the call by hanging up the handset or pressing the “End Call” soft key. Your
voicemail box is now setup.
